Every Scent Notes card is crafted with care, from our hands to yours. We hope it arrives as beautifully as intended. As a small studio, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. But if something isn’t quite right — if an error has slipped through — please let us know. We will make it right, with a replacement or a refund if needed.
